Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão,
21 years ago, I read an article in which the head of a Scandinavian aid agency
in Tanzania
was complaining bitterly about some villagers who had vandalized a drill rig.
The agency was trying to develop an area by drilling wells for clean water and
the agency got rewarded by villagers vandalizing the equipment.....
RESPONSE: These Scandinavians and Africans have not learned politics.
They should take leaf off our Goan politician's book.
Had they ventured to build an airport in the Tanzanian village and a 6 lane
highway,
and told the villagers that they are going to import CLEAR WATER by flight and
supply to all,
I don't think this vandalism would have ever occurred.

Dr. Ferdinando dos Reis Falcão.
