One of the highlights at Goa Carnival celebrations 2013 is the 'Samba Square' at Jardim garcia de Orta, Panjim. The muncipal garden came alive at the opening night on 9.02-2013 with some sizzling latin music by Belinda and the Tropicanos, Zezinho and Latin Connection and Blue Wave who turned the park into one huge party zone.
