These are times for the advancement of fascism in Goa. People's institutions are considered unfit to take decisions regarding their future. The Government and its machinery will take decisions on behalf of the people. In fact not even the Government, it will be the CM of the State who will dictate plans and everyone else will have to follow. The CM of the state will amke the laws and interpret the laws. The CM of the state has assumed the supreme position of KNOW IT ALL and every other citizen is reduced to a SUBJECT for FOLLOW IT ALL. Let us celebrate the Goan People's Wisdom for Parivartan.
