Goa Su-Raj Party condoles the passing away of it's dear friend Tony Correia Afonso of Benaulim. He shall be deeply remembered as a versatile person with an smile on his face and always concerned about where Goa was heading to. In August, 2005, he, along with his dear charming wife, Marina had obliged us by travelling all the way to Panjim to attend the Party's release of it's 'ROAD MAP FOR GOA' at the Manvin's Hotel. A founding member of the still registered Goa's Regional Party GOMANT LOK POXH, he saw Goa Su-Raj Party as it's continuance and never ceased to give it his MORAL SUPPORT. In his passing away, GSRP has lost a dear, dear friend who never tired to improve things in Goa with his dedicated involvement. It is sad though, that he had, of late, lost all faith in Politics and Politicians. GSRP is happy that he never considered this Party as a Political Party but as a way of life that Goans must lead.
Our deepest sympathies are with his bereaved wife, Marina, his children and near and dear ones.
