General comment: Many Indians whom we have deemed as brilliant etc. (collective blame applies here):
#1 cannot read. They do read business logic since it pays... #2 read in a manner that aligns with their prevailing mindsets, and set they are, perhaps also in the coital department. Meaning that their under girding / lack of ethics (as the term is understood) repeatedly fails them / deserts them. # 3 These same have created scenarios (including: interventions, organizations) that have indeed helped people; but they still cannot read, discern, comprehend certain concepts. Its time to relate to their mental, emotional focus. #4 Ergo, they will not read to see where one is coming from, but read where you can be ably (their ability) set aside. I have met many of these. (no crosses today)
