Folks,
As most of you know, the Tanzanite events in Toronto are about the best Goan
functions in the world. Well, last Sunday afternoon, a lot of people got
treated to the best seniors fun day ever. This function flowed so well that the
organisers almost ran out of time and before we knew it, it was time to go home.

What really impressed me at the event were:

1) We were served fried rechard mackerels for lunch.
2) The seniors were kept entertained for every minute they were at the hall.
3) Every item flowed easily with bingo, table games, aerobics, line dancing,
etc.
4) The item I was really impressed with was the sing along, which was partly a
jam session of seasoned musicians, partly a karaoke and mostly a sing along of
the favourite songs from yesterdecade.  Musicians brought along their
instruments, the organizers provided us the words and everyone, everyone, had a
ball.

My hat off to Steve D'Silva and his committee. They did an excellent job
treating the seniors from the mid 50's right up to those in their mid 90's to a
great afternoon.

For those interested, here are a few video's of the sing along.

2) Click on the arrow on the picture and an appox one minute video will play.
3) There are seven sing along video's in all.
