It's Chowgule's old shipbuilding yard in Shirgao by the KR railway tracks. Workers went on strike and the work never resumed (since around 1992). It's now shifted to Loutolim I am told by the security guard there Security gate / Entrance to the yard is still seen - watch video. The structure was meant for loading/ storage
