Reading Rajan's post about Goa's Chief Minister gives me the chills.  Rajan is
a straight shooter who calls a spade a spade.  Rajan, who shares the same
surname as the Chief
Minister, knew the Chief Minister personally and had the opportunity to have a
tete-a-tete
with him.  We had high hopes for Goa.  With the election of the BJP and Manohar
Parrikar,we had high hopes that the blatant looting of Goa by the coterie of
Congresswallahs would come to an end.  Ignoring the Congresswallahs claim that
BJP was anti-secular,  Christaos and
Hindus came together to give the BJP a resounding mandate.  Slowly the CM seems
to be backtracking and giving in to vested interests.  Money probably speaks
very loudly.
While I still have a high regard for our CM, the coming days will reveal what
his true intent is.
Personally he may be honest and above reproach, but like Manmohan Singh ji he
bears full
responsibility for what is happening to Goa. Perhaps it is time for Goans to
think of an
alternative to the big 2, but we still have over 3 years to go............
