Let us face it honestly. What harm to the society has
the mahar done. He is mostly a child of an inter caste
marriage who has been assigned the duty of shoe
repair and basket weaving.  Comparatively he has been more useful to the
society than the socalled
God's oracles. It is time our society shed from its
intellectual make up some stupid brahminical
traditions.
