Ltd. 620 metre-long Assolna-Cavelossim bridge, was to be completed by May
2011, next date given was February 2012 (Contract ended) Later on the Co.
assured completion by May, 2013. We now in the month of July 2013, may take
another 6 months.

COMMENT:

It is all the fault of the folks from Assolna.

Not only are they unreasonable in expecting the project to be completed within
a reasonable time frame, they also caused the rains to come hard and May 2011
to come 'fast fast' - that too, without giving "us" adequate notice in
triplicate.

Now, because of this, "we" cannot complete the bridge on time.

All this means that the OverHead and UnderLimb expenditure has gone up.

In the meantime, 'we' are testing the built-up portion of the bridge for
durability. If it survives beyond 2015, we can bid to rebuild the Zuari bridge.
