Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has completed sixteen long months in office and it is very evident that he is on his way to the Psychiatry ward. The people of Goa have in a state of remorse been helplessly watching his mountain of U turns and bundle of contradictions. To get cheap publicity, which he has now become addicted too, Manohar Parrikar has been blurting dates and deadlines which he has not been able to live up to. There is public outrage, as Goa is witnessing a minor girl being raped almost every day.
The Chief Minister faltering and goofing on almost every issue is due to his high levels of arrogance and his uncontrollable tongue. Both these of his acute deficiencies are inter-related to the brain and Manohar Parrikar would have to deal with them on a top priority. I wish I could have been of help but Mr. Manohar Parrikar would have to help himself and seek assistance at the Institute of Psychiatry and Human Behaviour (IPHB) at Bambolim. The sooner he does the better for Goa. Let us hope he gets well soon. The clock is ticking while our Goa is sinking. Mr. Chief Minister, the great American writer Flannery O’Connor, had said “You have to quit confusing a madness with a mission.” Aires Rodrigues T1 - B30, Ribandar Retreat Ribandar - Goa - 403006 Mobile: 9822684372
