________ Notification No. 1/20/2009-HD(G)/2061 In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (s) of Section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), and in supersession of the Government Notification No. 1-53/88-HD(G) dated 28-10-2002, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 32, dated 7-11-2002, and in partial modification of the Government Notification No. HD-34-1410/1966-A dated 05-10-1966, published in the Official Gazette, Series I No. 29 dated 20-10-1966,
the Government of Goa hereby declares the Police Out Post at the Dabolim Airport to be a Dabolim Airport Police Station with jurisdiction over the entire Dabolim Airport premises within it’s boundary wall and outer periphery of the said Airport at Dabolim, Goa.
