In contrast to your first post on this topic, Your most recent post was most 
reasonable, and was good to read. 

wrt the above comment, I would ask myself the following questions before coming 
to a conclusion:

a: is anyone's life being endangered by those who obtain a qualification from 
such an online U?
b: is the qualification holder benefitting from this online program?
c: accepting that 'water finds its own level', would you rather hire an 
obviously competent graduate from such an U than a 'gas' graduate from Ivy 
League U?
d: how would you react to someone who believes that his qualification from Uni 
of Bombay or Harvard I'd better that someone else's from Jhumritalaya U or San 
Jose S.U.?
