I think Arwin should go to UN with the Goa case, and he has my best wishes. He can fly on his Identity Movement helicopter and land on the UN building. He would be greeted with a big welcome by like-minded people who want Goa out of India.
Could it be that Goans have "failed" Goa? Hypothetically, if Goa is independent and run by Goan would it be different? Isn't Goa currently run by Goans? Eugene
