Are We, Goans, so bankrupt in intellectual capacity and moral integrity, that we can’t find a Goan to head the Goa RTI Forum? It is time to bury that dream of Special Status for Goa?
It is also very surprising that the Goa RTI Forum is not a registered body. So where is the transparency and accountability? The forum should lead by example and invoke all cannons of democracy in its functioning. Unless it is a story of ‘caged’ parrots. Sorrowing lies our Goa.
