This ain't a 20-20 tennis ball village cricket game to give somebody a CHANCE. In principle, I agree with Tim. My question wrt to this case is based on the following: If the individual is an OCI and the position he is appointed to a Government one, doesn't the Law preventing OCIs holding Govt jobs merit amending? jc
