Dear Wendel Rodrigues, I agree with you that all politicians those who do not obey our artist, "or say not curbing ANY artistic expression" must stay home and wind up their work. It is not only a crime but a total foolishness. You see what is the fate of Panjim, since you are also staying in Panjim you will know much better. Holistic Plan for Panjim is going to finish further our beloved Panjim. Sanjit Rodrigues is upto some good or bad intention! I guess they are all in the same boat... Yesterday there was a meeting at Marquinez Alva I was told , and what is been decided over there is yet to come out to public. Let us wait and see. I could not attend the meet as I had to attend my best friend funeral at Taleigao at the same timing. Slowly Panjim is dying. We are in minority and all those who are planning to upgrade Panjim are mostly not from Panjim.. Nobody listen to us. Corruption is gone deep in their roots. Can you and Remo and others help Panjimites? I have been making noise but nobody listens to us Panjimites. Our Goan architects are also silent! Some of them were taken for a ride to Germany and given lollipops. Look at the roads , garbage, haphazard parking, illegal buildings construction licences are going on, digging of roads at 24 x 7 without any plans, everybody is king in Panjim, no coordination between any Depts especially PWD, CCP, Town and Country Planning and BSNL, pollution everywhere etc. Even GOD may not be able to help Panjim.
Stephen Dias D.Paula Curbing ANY artistic expression is a crime. In every country in the world, politicians are openly attacked in all media. We are a democracy and if these psychopancy obsessed politicians can't take the brickbats, stay home and refrain from a public arena. W
