Based on Supreme Court orders the State Govt should implement its orders with immediate effect as it is a nuisance for the public and the Supreme Court also says this is not a British Raj. The Chief Minister of Goa should immediately implement Supreme Court directives to all the VIP vehicles except for CM, Governor, Chief Secretary, High Court Judges and others as per the SC approved cadre. Accordingly RTO and the Tratffic Police should ensure that the red beacons already been installed in certain vehicles like CCP Mayor,MP's, MLA's and other VIP's needs to be removed at once as per the directives of the Supreme Court and no siren is allowed in these vehicles.
