Dear Sir, Recently there was a hue and cry by BJP in the Parliament over Coalgate Issue that about 200 files are missing. But in Goa BJP ruling Govt, an ordinary citizen like me, asked under RTI, to take action is made to suffer, and made a fool stating that the file is missing and no action can be taken, as corruption and mal practice is involved. A scan copy of the letter received from Town and Country Planing Margao is attached for ready reference.
