India's triple-jumper for the 1948 Olympics, Henry Rebello, is featured on Wikipedia's People from Goa page. I think he was an Anglo-Indian born in Lucknow and then moved to Bangalore. Since Rebello was more of a Goan surname than an Anglo, it's likely that he's included in the Wikipedia under the Goan category. People in UK should know about his background or, at least, can make enquiries with family members. I don't have Avitus D'Cruz's book on Goan sportsmen but those who have can check if Rebello is included there.
