Look at Panjim what is happening. It is a real PANJIM BAZAAR> without FISH - MEAT and VEGETABLES. Only Petrol is cheap compared to other states. I am happy to know that Parrikar is watching GOANET. If he has missed, please let him make sure to watch Goanet Issue 619. The film in Goa is been taken up with the background of CASINOS in Goa. Whole World can watch this film. If more Casinos comes up in Mandovi then probably Parrikar have to appoint Marine Traffic Police to guide the boat cruises , fishing trawlers, canoes, ferry boats etc with traffic signs at Mandovi river to avoid accidents. Goa Police can challan them at Mandovi river instead of at Panjim roads. Parking on footpaths by vehicles is an another issue. May be pedestrians can walk on roads. Captain of Ports office needs to be shifted abroad as they are of no use in Goa. In that place may be a Multistorage parking can come up. GOA IS BEAUTIFUL AT NIGHT ONLY IN MANDOVI RIVER.
