According to
Indian mentality , cattle and dung everywhere has nothing to do with
development. That is a sign of Goa becoming Hindustan.
And why not
Goa most “developed” when all our illiterates of Goa, be they politicians or
otherwise know the meaning of “Development” better than the literates?
