Though he had publicly vowed that it would be Zero tolerance to Corruption, as expected Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will not drop the tainted Tourism Minister Dilip Parulekar who has been caught high handedly grabbing 599 sq mts of prime land on the Chogm road at Porvorim, belonging to the Serula Communidade.
The battle has to now commence to ensure that these 599 sq mts are restored back to the Communidade of Serula. Besides, action for their criminal acts must be taken against Dilip Parulekar who ensured this fraud in connivance with Irene Sequeira, the North Goa Administrator of Communidade and Peter Martins the Attorney of Serula Comunidade. They cannot be spared as they all in collusion abused and misused their power and authority. Communidade land cannot be allowed to be frittered away for a paltry price to influential persons in flagrant violation of the provisions of the Code of Communidade. Let us pray that Goa wins.
