Comments from sender : Health Minister Laxmikant Parsenkar must furnish reasons and give list of the tests beeing done outside GMC and what are their costs and also explain why was not done at GMC itself and what are the reasons, whether there are no facilities provided earlier for not procured these instruments, or no staff available, or no reagents available, or purposefully made this motive to collect sample from GMC by outside agencies? This need to be ascertained by Health Minister with explanation for the public. If no explanation comes it amounts to scam?
