COMMENT The main cause of accidents on Goa roads is not drunken driving, nor speed. The main cause is that in Goa, unqualified people are qualified; be they drivers, or traffic police. Both do not understand traffic rules and regulations not do they have discipline. Do not go by what politicians and NGO shout from rooftops. Analyse each road traffic accident and you will realise almost all accidents come under this cause. For this, in Goa one has to do defensive driving.
