44th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) starts today (20/11/13) Inauguration at 4pm at the hands of Chief Guest Susan Seradon, an American Hollywood Actress. Over 15,000 delegates to attend iffi 2013? Which is very unlikely. Last year, it was claimed over 13,000 registered as delegates. Registration is one thing which is FREE and actual number of delegates with IDs is another. Of the 13,000 registered, only half actually attended or collected their cards upon payment of Rs.300 or Rs.500 (with late fee). Only about 5000 collected their cards during the first 5 days of the festival 2012. Remaining about 1000 during the later half i.e. 26-30 Nov.
