Roland,

You have said it.

Goa has become the dumping ground for such rejects and other useless seat warmers and sycophantic retirees. This will change when GOA is able to look up to Delhi - standing face to face - brushing nose to nose and stamping it's foot down. And this can only happen when GOA is in the hands on GOANS who count and not paid pipers of the NATIONAL PARTIES read CORRUPTERS.

Subject: [Goanet] Goa Police Clown Around on National Stage

First the Director General (the highest state police position) announces that Goa Police have seen the CCTV footage from the Hyatt Bambolim hotel elevator, scene of the alleged crime and were going to arrest Tejpal on that basis and a couple of days later his Deputy Inspector General calls a press conference to announce there was no such footage.

The Goa Police have become a comedy act in such a high profile national case that is followed by an eagle eyed Indian media second to none.

While Goans knew all along the near-zero capacity of their police, now all of India knows it too.

Deliberately (through political pressure or bribery) or otherwise, they are botching a case in full glare of the media and public on the national stage and causing miscarriage of justice.

Does Goa have to get the country's IPS and IAS rejects?

Roland.
