Adding some directories and symlinks to make GoboLinux more FHS compliant

Ermm, seeking "FHS compliance" is definitely not a goal. I don't see
how these extra links would benefit us in any way. /usr/src in
particular is a source of confusion, /srv and /media are also
questionable (especially because we don't follow FHS "conventions" for
their contents) and to be honest I think /mnt and /boot should go away
too (I remember seeing them in older versions but we worked on
removing them to clean things up).

We don't gain anything directly from the extra links. But I see that indirectly they can benefit us, if we manage to comply to the conventions. As I get it the linux-purist looks disaprovingly at us as our file structure looks somewhat different. I thought that if we were able to follow the FHS conventions we could get rid of the argument that "the files aren't were the should be" and maybe later even get LSB certified. I don't mind the glarings, but my goal was that others would have the guts to try something new and find out that it actually is better now that their main argument was taken away. :)
