There's a bug in the Compile -> SignProgram -> CreatePackage chain. If one compiles a program, sometimes the Resources/Dependencies file is not created (I don't know when this happens). Problem is that CreatePackage generates this file if it does not exist, rendering the signing done in Compile invalid. My question is: where is the bug? Should packages have Resources/Dependencies or just Resources/BuildInformation?
