Hi, Since the forum has been experiencing noticeable downtimes for a while and some people asked me for it, I'm taking off the link to it from the front page for the time being.
There were long discussions in our list about whether to have a forum or not, and I admit I was never too keen on adding a forum to our list of concerns. When the guys from pakistanopensource offered to host/manage it, we agreed to put the link on the page, but now I'm unsure about how to proceed. In my personal opinion, if we were to have a forum again, I'd prefer to have it hosted/managed externally. Don't know if it's the case to switch to a different forum too -- the pakistanopensource guys were great, but I often received reports of spam issues. In any case, I thought it would be best to listen to the various opinions here on the list so we could come to a conclusion on how to proceed with the whole forum issue.
