I didn't read this mail until I had answered the parent message, but I  
share your opinion on having separate repositories and falling back to  
pre-013 repository for 013+, when there's no package in the primary repo.

How about the old systems? Shouldn't we still make packages for glibc  
2.3.x, at least for bugfixes in central apps. Or will we enforce users to  
upgrade glibc?
