My idea was that it should be set up by default, for example in
EnhancedSkel. But when I think about it it may be too hard to know
which users should install into rootless and which users have system
rights and can install into /Programs, unless some things are changed
in the scripts.
Imo it would be a great function, to support user installed programs
by default, but that may, as you say, be too error prone.
