Things break after compilation in some cases. I had this change locally for a long time, so I can't remember exactly, but examples include bash. That's probably related to recipes which require safe linking, but maybe we should avoid adding in ChrootCompile Recipes interpretation logic. Additionally, some steps like fixing the share->Shared link are still being done within SymlinkProgram.
