Some time ago a question was raised on how should we identify recipes that are part of meta-recipes. It was suggested at the time to use something like part_of_meta=yes.
Instead of using a boolean variable, I'm proposing to use part_of=Name instead, so we can have things like XDM being part_of=Xorg. The initial implication of this change is that we'll be able to make RecipeLint happy when a Dependencies file is not found, as it can take that file from the major recipe. The same can be done for CheckDependencies, which would run against Xorg instead of XDM in this example.
