I'm trying to install 013 on my brand new dual core machine. System info: Intel Pentium D 945 3.4GHz Asus p5vd2x motherboard Asus en7300GT gfx samsung DVD writer
I get different kinds of I/O errors from squashfs, and sometimes other errors too. I've tried the squashfs-SMP-bug workarounds noted on the "013 issues" page, sometimes it works better but gives me nothing when the login prompt should appear, sometimes it gives squashfs errors anyhow... Tried with an external USB cd-rw unit, same problems. But it also gives some errors about /Mount/CD-ROM can't be mounted, and after that alots of errors, usb-storage can't load, device nodes can't be created, etc... The 012 liveCD boots fine. Any tips?
