Well. I have managed to update my system entirely using my current
trunk version of Freshen - all except Util-Linux, which has syntax
errors and doesn't compile.

That means I've fixed all the bugs I was able to educe, though I
suspect there are still a few in there. It also means I'm going to
have to rely on other people's testing for a while, since trying to
roll back the system is likely to create problems all over the place.

I am still getting the leftover files, installation failed error from
Compile. I don't know if anybody else is or if it's just me, but it's
worked around by running SymlinkProgram every time a compile fails,
and seeing what that turns up. It's a bit of a hack.

Since it doesn't seem like Savannah is going to bother sending me the
activation email, I've uploaded another snapshot to
http://gobo.wotfun.com/Freshen--2.0.9992--i686.tar.bz2 - hopefully
it'll work.
