Hi,

I think you can go for 1), creating a recipe for GCC-D (or GDC) based
on the GCC-Fortran one:
http://gobolinux.org/recipe-store/GCC-Fortran--3.4.5-r1--recipe.tar.bz2

Just specify --enable-languages in configure_options and it should work fine.
