I'd be very happy to step up to a "manager" role.  I have a hard time
getting together multi-hour chunks to effectively code but could track
issues, organize tasks, nag via email, keep focus, etc.  I DO have
quite a bit of experience running large software projects (websites
for landrover, nordstrom, virginmegastore, and many more).

I've been hesitant previously because I didn't want to step on
anyone's toes.  Doing so early only causes more problems.  Is now the
time?
