You can use the directive part_of=Package in the recipe. However, for
the time being, that doesn't do anything other than telling RecipeLint
not to warn when a Dependencies file is not found.

We could spawn a confirmation question whenever a recipe containing
'part_of' is about to be compiled manually, yes. Maybe that can even
make things easier when someone doesn't know "where to start from"
when a bunch of recipes are seen around the same program (cc:'ing
gobo-devel so that others can comment on this; this sounds reasonable
to me).

It's just important to keep that as an option, as there are many users
who are used to update just small components of bigger packages (eg:
Jonas and Xorg sub-recipes :-))
