It would be perfect if we could specify --programs=/Foo to look for programs at /Foo instead of $goboPrograms. And while you're on it, what do you think about having something like --include-tarballs-from=/Bar? I can see this option being used for ChrootCompile, as one can have compressed packages at Clean/i686 that are not yet expanded in Unpacked/i686.
