Are you sure? I wondered about that, but:

[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~][ -d /bin ] && echo /bin is a directory ; ls -l /bin
/bin is a directory
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 24 2008-04-19 10:46 /bin -> System/Links/Executables
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~]

On the other hand, I don't see what else causes that problem.
