I had to try, just to give a larger base of examples, and I get a lot
of Gnome deps.

@Michael: do you use the corresponding option for "--mode=all"? I have
a lot Gnome deps installed on my box, so by default CheckDependencies
didn't list them, but when I used "-mode=all" I got Gnome specific
libs like Gnome-Keyring and Gnome-VFS.
