The first part of that is up to however you're finding the dependencies and 
affects the rest of the process. Freshen will upgrade outdated software but not 
rebuild or downgrade. There is no revdep-rebuild equivalent though that could 
probably be ported across, or you could write something simple that figures it 
out. I wouldn't expect it to come up that often though; the only time it 
should matter is when something is removed from the host.
