As you can see, it's seeing my 3 hard drives and their partition sets,
and a device called sr0 which I presume is the USB drive mount point.

Hello everyone!
Matthew Kolar (Brokenshakles) here, I have a video of the latest beta
iso for Gobo flashed to a USB drive, the linked video is a record of my
first attempt to boot into the Gobolinux environment. The video depicts
the failure of the system to mount the Squashfs files. I cannot proceed
with installation until this is resolved. I am using a Clevo x8100
Laptop to boot this, it has a fairly nonstandard hardware set, and is a
fairly hard target to hit.

I see the path which led to the problem. Could you please provide me the
output of "cat /proc/partitions" once you get to the prompt again? That
will help me fix it.
