What do you think about it?
Thank you, it was an interesting read. Some of the ideas there are not new, and they seem a rehash of Mac-style approaches, with the frameworks and all. I also spotted some inconsistencies in the examples in what made it seem like things are a little simpler than they would have to be in practice. In the end, I think their idea gravitates toward a world with 2-3 major distros and all the other ones being based/compatible with them to some extent. If they push it hard enough on the business side of thing they may get traction, but technically I am still skeptical. -- Hisham _______________________________________________ gobolinux-devel mailing list gobolinux-devel@lists.gobolinux.org http://lists.gobolinux.org/mailman/listinfo/gobolinux-devel
