Andreas, you can directly checkout CygwinGODI project if you want to test your installer: git clone https://forge.ocamlcore.org/anonscm/git/cygwingodi/cygwingodi.git
set in config.bat GODI_DISTRIBUTION to skylift-20120815win and place godi-skylift-20120815win.tar.gz (GZIP not .xs) to the checkout directory. install.bat should generate an installation from the scratch.
