If you inspect the browser console, are you serving the bootstrap css ??
I normally do something like this:
mux.Handle("/assets/", http.StripPrefix("/assets/",
http.FileServer(http.Dir("./assets"))))
And then my css link will be /assets/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.min.css
where 'assets' is my public folder.
