The first example in the errors package documentation <https://golang.org/pkg/errors/> doesn't have anything to do with the errors package. How does one report this issue ? The golang/go <https://github.com/golang/go/labels/Documentation> issues has a Documentation label but that doesn't appear to deal with the examples and golang/example <https://github.com/golang/example> has a very limited set of examples.
