If you can't use a better name than Int64Flag_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxIntervalMS then
at least make the code readable. For example,
interval := time.Duration(*Int64Flag_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxIntervalMS) *
time.Millisecond
time.Sleep(interval - time.Since(timeStart))
