SO! it's been about 10+ years since the original post (quoted below) and
yet it appears at the top of a search for "books binaries."
My question (before jumping into the 10-year-old details) was "is there a
binary group where book files may be posted / traded online?"
Meanwhile, if I miss any replies here, I'm typically posting almost daily,
certainly weekly, at alt.dreams -- thanks for any replies there!
